There were 4 commended windows. Vinegar Hill, Berkhamsted Eye Care,Peter John and David Paul. All received certificates produced by Lindy Foster who was our Chairman for many years. This year there are 3 joint winners who are Hospice of St Francis, Woods and once again & Quirky. They all received winners certificates and will share the cup for 4 months each. It was a great honour to present the prizes as your current Chairman.
