This competition is run jointly by the Berkhamsted Citizens Association and Berkhamsted Town Council culminating in a the presentation of a silver cup and certificates for the winners during the Festival of Lights. Letters to all shops inviting them to start preparation of their Christmas Shop delays. More details will follow on this website.
