There is a event to consult with the town from 4.00pm to 8.00pm at The Court House, next to St Peters Church hosted by Haresfoot Ltd a joint venture led by Griggs Homes and Partners. There is a proposal to build 90 homes on the farm and industrial units. No planning application has been submitted. There is a application submitted under Dacorum Planning ref 23/02508 to create a SANG (Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace) .The BCA has strongly objected. How the two proposals fit together we don’t know yet. You can go to the meeting today and find out.
